Refund policy

At Shinemate, we offer refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
You must request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
